1. Game Structure

The game will be played on a standard half court with 1 basket. Each team shall consist of no more than 4 players (3 players on the court and 1 substitute). The game will be managed by up to 2 officials. A coin flip shall determine which team gets the first possession. Games will be 12 minutes long (or until 21) with a running clock. First team to 21 points wins, or the team with the highest score when time expires. In the event of overtime - the winner will be decided by free throws. Each member (3) will shoot 1 free throw.

Every shot from inside the arc will be awarded 1 point. Every shot from
behind the arc will be awarded 2 points.
3. Possession & "Checking"

After a made basket or turnover, the ball must be taken behind the 3-point line. The ball is checked (passed) to an opponent to start play after
stoppages (out of bounds, fouls, made baskets, etc).
4. Fouls & Violations

Fouls & Violations will be called by the game officials). Fouled teams will take the ball out at the top of the key. If it is deemed a "shooting foul", 1 Free Throw shall be awarded. Once a team has reached 7 team fouls, the opposing team will be awarded 1 Free Throw per foul for the rest of the game.

Stalling or failing to play actively (i.e. not attempting to score) shall be a
violation. A team must attempt a shot and hit the rim within 20 seconds. The shot clock shall start as soon as the ball is "checked" into play, or as soon as the ball is taken behind the 3-point line following a turnover in possession. The shot clock will be kept by the game official on the court. In the event the shot clock is getting ready to expire, the game official shall audibly count down from 5(5,4,3,2,1).

Generally, subs can be made during any dead ball.
