*Summerfest Breakout Sessions: Make plans to join us for this BRAND NEW Addition to SUMMERFEST! While all of your students are in a Worship Experience, we have breakout sessions that are designed to help equip and train you as a leader who ministers to the Next-Gen. These workshops are designed for: Youth & Children's Leaders/Pastors, Senior Pastors, Parents & anyone desiring to serve or lead the Next Generation.

Workshop Topics Include:

What is an Event Pass?​

An event pass is basically your entry pass to all things Summerfest. Everyone in attendance ages 6 & up must have an event pass.

Yes, everyone attending ages 6 & up (including performers) must have an event pass.

I registered my talent entry for the National Talent Finals, do I need to register for anything else?

Yes, everyone attending ages 6 & up (including Bible quizzers) must have an event pass.

I’ve registered by Bible Quiz team for the IBQ finals, do I need to register for anything else?

The Afterparty is included with your event pass, for ages 19 & Under. Adults may attend the afterparty but would be required to purchase a ticket if desiring to participate in the activity. 

Does it cost more money to attend the Summerfest Afterparty Wednesday Night?

YES! We will have two incredible worship experiences for them to participate in as well as our Summerfest Afterparty.

I have some students that are interested in coming to Summerfest that aren’t participating in talent or bible quiz, is there anything for them?

Yes, we have a great discounted rate to offer you for our fun day on Friday, June 23rd. Tickets may be pre-ordered (available April 1st) or purchased at the door (limited quantity available).

An EVENT PASS is separate from your NTE Finals Entry Registration and IBQ Finals Registration.

The Summerfest Afterparty provides an exciting time for students to hangout with students from all over, enjoy exciting games/attractions.

Internship

Our Summerfest Internship experience provides a unique experience for young leaders to develop their calling through hands on ministry experience. Interns will learn valuable life lessons, while working alongside committed, proven leaders.

*Students who intern can still be participants in the NTE & IBQ Finals

All Summerfest events (excluding the Afterparty on Wednesday Night) will take place at the Gatlinburg Convention Center located at 234 Historic Nature Trail Gatlinburg, TN 37738. 

*Due to the limited number of parking spaces and traffic flow, it is highly recommended to stay at one of the hotels within walking distance of the Gatlinburg Convention Center.
